These mandatory trainings are very informative and must be completed for onboarding and to stay in good standing with the respective IPAs and health plans.
Please follow these instructions to complete the required training and attestation process.
- Review all of the trainings available on this page that are applicable to you
- Trainings required are different for clinical vs. non-clinical staff:
- If you are a clinical provider, please take all trainings on this page
- If you are a non-clinical staff member, please take the trainings in the 2nd section “ALL PRACTICE STAFF AND PROVIDER TRAININGS”
- Trainings required may be different depending on the IPA’s contracted Lines of Business
- For Clarification on which Lines of Business (E.g. Medi-Cal Only, CalMedi Connect Only, or Both/All), please see the IPA’s Provider Manual listed in the last section below
- You must complete all trainings relevant to the IPA’s contracted Lines of Business
