Linda Deaktor has been a key member of the MedPOINT Management team for more than 23 years. She began her healthcare career as a staff nurse and currently uses her extensive clinical and health IT background in her role as MedPOINT’s Vice President of Quality Management.

Ms. Deaktor leads the Quality Management teams at MedPOINT, and is responsible for the oversight and operations of quality performance, grievances, credentialing and member services. With her team, she ensures the collection, analysis, and improvement of quality data including, but not limited to HEDIS quality measures, pay for performance indicators, and other incentive metrics.

Ms. Deaktor’s efforts are critical to optimizing quality performance and clinical outcome measurements. In pursuit of this goal, she manages all aspects of the IPA’s performance programs, services, and initiatives, as well as mentors the coaches who help lead quality improvement and transformation within the MedPOINT network of contracted providers. She also oversees various grant programs for the entire organization.

Ms. Deaktor holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and a certification in Healthcare Management and Leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is an active member of several local and regional trade associations and leads the CAPG Standards of Excellence (SOE) team at MedPOINT.
